- Returned items must be returned in the same condition it was received.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from our warehouse.
- If you received a defective item, please contact our Customer service department at info@cazcompany.com within 7 days of receipt.
- Refunds will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
- Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
